Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codebooqs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Codebooqs is an AI-powered compliance assistant operated by senderFi LLC. Users upload codebook PDFs and receive AI-powered answers with exact source citations.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • Each account is for a single user. Shared accounts are not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits.
  • Use the service to harm others or violate any applicable laws.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to Codebooqs.
  • You grant senderFi LLC a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service.
  • We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
  • The Codebooqs platform, branding, and technology are owned by senderFi LLC.

AI-Generated Content

  • Codebooqs answers are produced by an automated AI model, not authored or reviewed by a person, and are offered only as a research aid — not as a final or authoritative statement of the code.
  • AI models predict likely text rather than retrieve verified facts, so an answer can be wrong, partial, or out of date, and a citation shown next to it does not make it correct.
  • We surface citations so you can check each answer at its source. We do not promise that any answer or citation is accurate, complete, current, or otherwise reliable.
  • You are solely responsible for independently verifying every response against the official, authoritative codebook or source document before relying on it.
  • Acting on an unverified answer can carry real consequences — regulatory, legal, financial, or safety-related — and you accept that those consequences are yours, not ours, when you skip that verification step.

No Professional Advice

  • Codebooqs is a research and reference tool. It does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, engineering, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.
  • No attorney-client, consultant, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the service.
  • For any decision with legal, regulatory, safety, or financial stakes, have a licensed or qualified professional confirm the relevant requirements before you act.

Assumption of Risk

  • You assume all risk arising from your use of, or reliance on, any response, citation, or content generated by Codebooqs.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, senderFi LLC is not liable for any decision, action, or omission made in reliance on the service, including any resulting compliance failure, penalty, fine, loss, injury, or damage.

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Teams plans are priced per agreement.

Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. SENDERFI LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SENDERFI LLC ALSO MAKES NO PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR THAT ANY ANSWER IT RETURNS WILL BE SECURE, ACCURATE, OR FREE FROM ERROR.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither senderFi LLC nor its members, officers, agents, affiliates, licensors, or suppliers will be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, lost goodwill, or the cost of obtaining substitute services. This holds true whether the claim sounds in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were warned such damages were possible.
  • senderFi LLC is not liable for any decision, action, or omission taken in reliance on responses, citations, or content generated by the service.
  • senderFi LLC's total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid senderFi LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
  • These limits stay in force even if a remedy offered here is later found to fail of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

If a third party brings a claim against senderFi LLC (or its members, officers, employees, contractors, or agents) because of how you used the service, what you relied on, the material you uploaded, or any breach of these Terms or of the law on your part, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold them harmless — covering the resulting claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • You may close your account at any time.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Severability

Should a court find any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be narrowed or removed only as far as needed to fix the problem, and every remaining part will continue to apply in full.
